At PCS, our foreman are recognized as the first line of defense against accidents/injuries, and are considered Safety Stewards wherever they work. We train them, prepare them and instill in them a personal responsibility for the safety of their workers, the public and their peers. PCS supports and rewards leadership that reinforces the safety culture by rewarding, encouraging, recognizing, and reinforcing appropriate behaviors.
